Columbus Blue Jackets vs Tampa Bay Lightning:

Words of Alex Killorn, forward from the Tampa Bay Lightning:

“We got a little overconfident,”

And you can say that again! The Tampa Bay Lightning blew a 3-gol lead, to end up losing game-1 with a final score 4-3 to the TB Lightning.

Columbus on the flip side, are feeling super confident and will try to stretch their lead 2-0 at the Amalie Arena tonight, they know that teams that win the first two games of a “best-of-7” series have an all-time series record of 318-50, this is 86.4% ratio. Not too shabby!

Nashville Predators vs Dallas Stars:

The Nashville Predators, who were expected to win Game 1 of the best-of-7 Western Conference First Round (…but didn’t!), are looking to bounce back in Game-2. They looked
strong during the 1st. period of the game, but totally lost pace as the game advanced.

Score winning forward Mats Zuccarello said in an interview that the Stars must remain “down to earth”. Indeed they should, as the Predators are still the “favorites” to win the series, even after folding in Game 1.
